We've no beef with a slow cooker!

Welcome to our humble blog :) We're hoping to use this platform to take a deeper dive into the products we supply, the story behind the farms, vineyards, breweries, to name but a few! We'll talk all sophisticatedly about the nose of a wine, it's depth of colour, type of grape, and by sourcing information from experts and along with our own impressions as wine amateurs (mostly) we'll hopefully arrive at a balanced review that caters to the connoisseurs as well as those that just enjoy a nice glass (or two)

Another thing we'd like to do is share various recipes that we use ourselves to make the best of our meats and produce, and this is why we're here today. So let's start with something nice and easy, a fantastically flavoursome slow cooker chilli!

Each serving (excluding sides and rice) provides 276 kcal, 22g protein, 12g carbohydrate (of which 5.6g sugars), 14g fat (of which 5.9g saturates), 4.4g fibre and 0.54g salt.
